The charges come after a neighbor of Dolhancryk and Dicianno heard kids screaming Wednesday from inside the Upper Darby home and when police arrived they found the two adults overdosing in the residence's bathroom, Philly.com reports. The children are 1 and 4 years old, the outlet reports.

Police told the outlet they found three empty bags of heroin, seven full bags, two hypodermic needles, and a bent spoon when they entered the bathroom where Dolhancryk and Dicianno found unconscious.
