Delco Man Charged With DUI For 11th Time: Report
A Ridley man is facing DUI charges for the 11th time after police say he was driving under the influence of drugs on Dec. 30.

RIDLEY, PA — A Delaware County man is facing DUI charges in his 11th DUI case, according to court records and a media report.
Mark Perrotta, 56, of Folsom, was charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance, accidents causing damage to unattended vehicles, reckless driving, and related crimes, according to court records.
He was released after posting 10 percent of $50,000 bail, court documents show.

Perrotta is accused of driving under the influence on Dec. 30 in Eddystone Borough.
Police saw Perrotta driving a vehicle and strike a parked vehicle at about 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 30, according to the Delaware County Daily Times.

Police found blue wax paper baggies of suspected heroin in Perrotta's pocket, the outlet reports.
He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 13.
A repeat DUI offender law was introduced to the Pennsylvania legislature after the death of Deanna Eckman, cause by David Strowhouer who was driving under the influence for his sixth time.
The law is known as Deanna's Law and is sponsored by Tom Killion, R – Chester/Delaware.
