Delco State Rep Hosting Expungement, Pardon Clinic

FOLCROFT, PA — Select people who have been charged with crimes in Delaware County might want to take advantage of an upcoming expungement and pardon clinic.

State Rep. Dave Delloso (D-Delaware) is teaming up with Legal Aid of Southeastern PA to host the clinic in late February.

The clinic will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Feb. 26 at Folcroft Borough Hall, 1555 N. Elmwood Ave., Folcroft.

Some criteria for candidates include:

  • Only Delaware County arrests are eligible.
  • Only non-conviction charges, including ARD, or summary convictions with no arrests in the past five years can be expunged. (Non-summary convictions cannot be expunged.)
  • Some misdemeanor convictions may be sealed if 10 years have passed.
  • Must have no current criminal charges.
  • Must not be serving probation time.
