I've used Springfield Animal Hospital for years - they were always a very reputable Vet practice. Sadly, the place has gone downhill - the Vet is overworked and stressed. She has a male tech (who is not certified) who brings his bratty & rude daughter to work. She runs through the hospital at will and grabs at people's pets. One day she is going to be bitten - it will only take time. This tech is illiterate and seems to boss the Vet around. Why she puts up with his behavior is beyond me, I have also paid my bill in cash to the tech only to receive a bill in the mail. He pocketed my money - this was over a $100 visit. The office smells - I don't know when it was cleaned last. I have moved onto a new Vet and I'm so happy that I did. Dr. Pottynski needs to wake up & realize this idiot is killing her practice.
