SPRINGFIELD, PA — Police in Springfield Township issued their weekly crime blotter Monday.
Incidents in the blotter occurred between March 28 and April 3.

March 28 at 12:30 a.m.
Officers observed a vehicle driving on its rim northbound on the 600 block of East Woodland Avenue. The vehicle refused to stop for police and continued to drive towards Sproul Road. The vehicle continued on State Road, lost its bumper, drove over a median and eventually drove into a fence on a property on the 700 block of Buttonwood Drive. Elijah Willie, 19, of Philadelphia, was taken into custody and found in possession of a quantity of marijuana. The vehicle was unregistered and had counterfeit inspection stickers displayed. Willie was charged with drug possession and vehicle offenses and held for arraignment.
March 28 at 9:20 a.m.
Jacob Senkow, 31, of Tinicum was taken into custody by US Marshals in Eddystone Borough on a Springfield warrant charging him with drug and firearms violations stemming from an incident in February 2023. He was arraigned and transported to Delaware County Prison.

March 29 at 2:17 p.m.
A 53-year-old male from Philadelphia will be charged with Retail Theft after Macy’s security at the mall reported he stole over $280 worth of clothing.
March 29 at 7:29 p.m.
An 18-year-old male from Norwood will be charged with Disorderly Conduct after an incident at Williams Park in which he discharged an airsoft toy pistol at people inside the park. The male claimed he was playing with friends.
March 31 at 5:50 p.m.
Target security at the mall reported two subjects were stopped by them for stealing over $660 worth of merchandise. Officers identified a 24-year-old female from Philadelphia and a 27-year-old male from Philadelphia and took them into custody. Both were found to have active arrest warrants for prior thefts in Philadelphia and Upper Darby. Both were later turned over to Philadelphia authorities. Charges for Retail Theft will be filed.
April 2 at 8:40 p.m.
CVS employees, 700 block of Baltimore Pike, reported a female stole $80 worth of merchandise and left the store. Responding officers located the female on Baltimore Pike and took her into custody. The 32 year old was found to have active arrest warrants from Montgomery and Bucks Counties. She was turned over to Montgomery County. Charges for Retail Theft will be filed.
April 3 at 2:43 a.m.
Officer Lord stopped a vehicle for equipment violations on the 100 block of Baltimore Pike. The driver was found to be intoxicated and in possession of a quantity of marijuana. The 34 year-old-male from Philadelphia was taken into custody and refused a blood test. He was later released to family. Charges for DUI and traffic offenses will be filed.
