The 2011 Saxer Avenue Merchants/GFWC Jr. Women's Club of Springfield's Halloween Parade is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, Oct. 26. The rain date for the event is Thursday, Oct. 27 at 6 p.m. Treat bags and refreshments will be given to all participants. Prizes will be awarded for best costumes worn.
