30/30/30 at Fort Fitness

Fort Fitness presents 30/30/30, an intense workout.  The workout consists of 30 minutes of boot camp, 30 minutes of kettlebells and 30 minutes of core training.  The boot camp workout focuses on speed, agility and endurance.  The kettlebell workout is for strength training, followed by core training: abs, hips and back.  Pay at the door or online.
