Join the Halloween fun at Michaels Arts & Crafts. Create a trick-or-treat duck tape totes or pail from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m for free with a purchase of a pail or tote. Participants can get their face painted for free from 12 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Finish the day with a Halloween Parade from 1:30 p.m. until 2 p.m.!
