Springfield Country Club presents their famous Mother's Day Brunch. Brunch reservations will be taken from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The brunch menu will include: champagne, mimosa & bloody mary bar, smoked salmon, carved prime rib & ham, stuffed shells, pancakes, waffles, french toast and more.
