Fall sports physicals will be available for Springfield High School Students at Doctor Sing's Office. The cost is $20.00 (Cash Only). Be sure to bring a completed PIAA physical form with you. Sports Physicals for the 2011-2012 school year must be dated no earlier than June 1.
