I offer guitar lessons in the Springfield/Swarthmore area.

Delco Guitar Studios

I teach electric and acoustic guitar lessons in person close to Springfield and Swarthmore. I have been teaching guitar for over 30 years and have experience teaching all ages of students. I also perform with my classic rock band The Garage Bandits most weekends and can help students get comfortable playing in front of other people. My teaching space is located at 34 Yale Avenue, Morton, PA. Contact me for more information or to set up a free trial lesson! I will be starting a new group guitar class on April 20th! This class will run for 6 sessions over the course of 7 weeks on Mondays from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. The focus of this class will be on teaching song melodies to beginners, such as Ode To Joy by Beethoven and Happy Birthday. Each week I will introduce slightly more complicated melodies that will help develop students' ability to play single note melodies on the guitar.

Children's Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP)

Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP) changes lives by providing scholarship funding for Philadelphia families to choose a tuition-based school that meets their student’s educational needs. CSFP is the largest and most diverse provider of K-8th scholarship support in Pennsylvania, focusing on the highest-need students in the lowest-achieving schools in the city. During the 2025-26 school year, CSFP awarded more than 6,800 scholarships for K-8th grade students enrolled at nearly 150 area tuition-based schools.
