The Delaware County Sheriff's Office said Thomas Dooner is wanted for resisting arrest and drug crimes.
DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — The Delaware County Sheriff's Office is asking for help finding its most wanted person.
According to the sheriff's office, Thomas Dooner is wanted for resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dooner, 54, is known to frequent the Norwood area, the sheriff's office said.

He is 6 feet tall and has blue eyes, as well as black and gray hair.
