Man Offered Child Candy To Get In Car Tuesday: Springfield Police
Police said a younger man with a long red beard who was driving an older white vehicle asked a young boy to get in his vehicle Tuesday.
SPRINGFIELD, PA — Police in Springfield Township said they are investigating a potential luring incident involving a young boy.
According to police, a man pulled up to a young boy riding a bike at about 5 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Saxer Avenue.
Police said the man asked the boy if he wanted to get in the car and offered the boy candy.

The vehicle was described as a white, older vehicle.
Additionally, police said the man was younger and had a long red beard.
