Man Showed Porn To Young Girl In Delco Luring Incident

The Garnet Valley School District said one of its students was approached by a man who showed her porn then asked her to have sex with him.

CONCORD TOWNSHIP, PA — A child luring attempt has been reported in Concord Township, according to the Garnet Valley School District.

The district said on Tuesday afternoon, one of its students was approached by a man on Rebeccas Lane near Thornton Road in the township.

The man pulled his vehicle near the victim after she got off the school bus and showed her sexually explicit video on his phone, the district said.

Then he asked her if she would engage in sexual acts with him.

The young girl managed to get home safely, the district said.

The district said the man was driving a cream-colored sedan. He was described as Hispanic or Asian being mid to late 40s with short black hair and a beard. He was wearing a baseball cap, too.

"We are working in conjunction with the state police and are fully investigating the issue," the district said. "All of our drivers are on heightened alert, and we ask that families reinforce their safety rules and expected behaviors with children this evening."
