Now Is The Time To Get Your House Ready for Sale
Most property owners think this is too early to prepare, but it takes a few weeks to make those repairs, etc.
It happens around this time every year. The Spring market will be here before we know it. Actually we consider it to begin the end of February to early March for those who want to get a jump and have their property stand out before inventory increases. Once we are in full swing, that means more competition and possibly having to be a little more flexible on the price. So start making those repairs, paint and declutter to make your property more inviting. As soon as weather permits, begin to clean up the yard, prune the bushes that have died over the winter. Just put yourself in the buyers shoes and think about what you would want when looking to buy a property.
