Mr. Matthew P. Tracy, 21, died suddenly on Jan. 28, 2012 at .

Born in Upland, Pa., Mr. Tracy attended . He was a Springfield resident since 1998. He was a member of .

He was known for his cooking ability, his artistic ability and for his sense of humor.

He is survived by his parents, Joseph P. and Patricia A. (nee Sharkey) Tracy, two brothers, Joseph L. Tracy of Media, Pa., and Patrick J. Tracy of Springfield, one sister, Shannon L. Tracy of Springfield, his paternal grandmother, Patricia A. Tracy, and his maternal grandfather, Lawrence Sharkey and his wife Kathy, and his maternal grandmother, Charlotte Floyd and her husband Robert. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Joseph R. Tracy.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, after 9:30 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. at St. Kevin Church, 200 W. Sproul Road, Springfield, Pa. 19064. Immediately following will be his funeral Mass at noon.

Interment will be in Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, Pa. 19026.
