Pair Arrested In Springfield Baby Throwing, Theft Incident
Two people are now facing charges in connection with the Springfield incident in which a baby was thrown to the ground.

SPRINGFIELD, PA — The man and woman accused of stealing baby formula then throwing a child were arrested and charged Thursday.
Kayron Breon Kinney, 30, of Chester was arrested Thursday and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, theft, and related charges.
Additionally, Lashonda McCullough, 30, of Johnstown, was also arrested Thursday. She is facing theft related charged.

Kinney and McCullough accused of stealing baby formula from Target, 1200 Baltimore Pike on Dec. 10.
The pair loaded baby formula into a shopping cart then tried to leave the store without paying for it and were confronted by security, according to police.

That's when police said Kinney threw a car seat with a child sitting in it to the ground.
Police said Kinney and McCullough then fled the area and Target workers tended to the child.
However, police said the woman came back to get the child before police arrived.
Kinney is awaiting his preliminary arraignment and McCullough was held after failing to post 10 percent of $20,000 bail. She is slated for a Jan. 2 preliminary hearing.
