Ridley Health Awareness Day & YMCA Healthy Kids Day

Join the Ridley Park community for this fun-filled, family-focused,
free event at the Ridley
High School (901 Morton
Avenue, Folsom) on April 5 from 9 a.m. – noon. 
Screenings, information and activities include:

8:30-10:30 a.m.: 

Free Cholestorol/Glucose Screenings
– Fasting Required (Nothing to eat or drink after midnight the night before.)

9:00 a.m.-noon:

Free Screenings to include Blood
pressure, Bone Density, Foot and Ankle, Hand/Carpal Tunnel, Pulmonary Function
Testing and Vision

Over 50 information stations to
gather information on disease prevention, detection and treatment. Find out how
to take care of your body, eat healthy and stay fit!

Special activities including zumba,
karate, preschool dance, character appearances, YMCA swim and play, moonbounce,
face painting, healthy cooking demos, and much more.
