The blotter features incidents that occurred between July 13 and July 18.

July 13, 1:30 p.m.
The Township Parks Dept. reported signage at Netherwood Park was stolen sometime over the weekend.
July 14, 5:22 p.m.
Employees of Party City, 600 block of Baltimore Pike, reported five female juveniles entered the store and loaded bags with merchandise. They then all ran out of the store and into a waiting vehicle outside. As the vehicle left, two females fell out of the vehicle through the rear hatch which was open. Some of the merchandise was recovered but the females ran prior to police arrival. Det. McCarthy is investigating.

July 15, 7:55 p.m.
Officers responded to the area of ETR Middle School, West Woodland Avenue, for a report of a bike theft. There they learned that a group a juvenile males approached several boys riding bikes on the property. Two of the males pulled a rider off his bike and rode the bike away. Police in the area of Williams Park found the stolen bike and arrested the subject who stole it. The second male was found on Saxer Avenue and was also arrested. Both males from Philadelphia were turned over to family, and charges will be filed.
July 16, 6:58 p.m.
Officers were called to the Springfield Beverage, 600 block of Baltimore Pike, for a report of help needed. Upon arrival, they learned that a fight had taken place inside between two customers. One of the customers had initiated the fight by lunging at the other with his fists after a verbal altercation between the customer and the business owner. Both males were treated for cuts and abrasions, and one was taken to a hospital for treatment. Duane Belt, 32, of Philadelphia was charged with assault and related offenses. He was taken for arraignment on July 17.
July 18, 5:15 p.m.
While on patrol, officers observed a vehicle driving carelessly on the 1300 block of Baltimore Pike. A vehicle stop was initiated, and the driver found to be intoxicated on heroin. Drug paraphernalia was also found inside the vehicle, and the driver, 31-year-old woman Springfield, was taken into custody and taken to a hospital for a blood test. She was released to family, and charges for DUI and drug offenses are pending.
July 19, 12:38 p.m.
A resident of the 700 block of Haines Lane reported a beer can had been thrown at the windshield of his vehicle sometime overnight cracking the glass.
July 19, 8:06 p.m.
Officers investigated a traffic crash on the 800 block of West Rolling Road in which a vehicle struck a parked vehicle. The driver of the striking vehicle, 43-year-old man from Drexel Hill, was found to be intoxicated and had an empty beer bottle on the floor of the vehicle. He was taken into custody, refused a blood test and released to a friend. Charges for DUI and traffic offenses are pending.
