March 23, 3:37 p.m.
A resident of the 1100 block Church Road reported observing a male taking mail from the resident’s mailbox and run away. It was unknown what was taken.
March 23, 5:16 p.m.
A juvenile female from Philadelphia was arrested and will be charged with Retail Theft after being observed at Target, 800 block Baltimore Pike, stealing about $400 worth of DVDs, Cosmetics, and Toys from the store. She was released to parents.

March 23, 10:42 p.m.
An adult male from Springfield was found laying on the sidewalk on the unit block Midland Road. He was found to be overdosing after using heroin. He was assisted and turned over to family. A charge for Public Drunkenness will be filed.
March 25, 2:40 p.m.
Target security, 800 block Baltimore Pike, reported a female inside the store who had previously been warned of trespassing due to a shoplifting incident. As they watched the female they observed her selecting clothing and concealing the clothing inside a handbag she was carrying. She then tried to leave the store without paying for the concealed merchandise. A 53-year-old woman from Secane was charged with Retail Theft and taken to court for arraignment.
