On December 16, 2021 at 10pm Springfield Fire Company, EMS and Police were called to Colonial Park Drive by Valley View Drive for an accident with a vehicle over turned. Dispatched advised that a female was possibly trapped. Chief 44 and Squad 44 arrived and found the driver had self extricated from the vehicle. She was wearing a seatbelt and the air bags deployed. She did refuse treatment and transport by EMS. The fire company stood by until the tow company up righted the vehicle.
