According to police, two students reported Sunday night that they answered a wall phone in their dormitory hallway to find a man on the other line, disguising his voice, say that there was a “bomb in the building.”

The 18-year-old, who Delcotimes.com reports is from Springfield, is facing felony charges of Terroristic Threats and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility and misdemeanors for False Alarms to Agency of Public Safety, Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Harassment.
He was arraigned Thursday and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
