Springfield School District Opening 2 Hours Late Monday

SPRINGFIELD, PA – The Springfield School District is opening late Monday, March 5.

The district said all schools and offices will open on a 2-hour delay Monday due to various impacts from the recent nor'easter that ravaged the area.

Morning Kindergarten will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and afternoon Kindergarten will be from 2 p.m. to 3:3o p.m.

The district said any student driving to the high school should avoid Speakman Drive and use the Orchard Road entrance near guidance.
