Springfield High School boys basketball coach Kevin McCormick will again be directing the West Laurel Hill - Springfield Boys Summer Basketball League at Powell Road Park behind the library. The league will start June 2nd and run through July 24th. There is a Junior League for boys entering 3rd or 4th grade in September; the Intermediate League for boys entering 5th or 6th grade in September; and the Senior League for boys entering 7th or 8th grade in September. Games will be played Monday through Thursday evenings with tip-off times of 6:15 pm, 7:15 pm, & 8:15 pm. Team registrations are preferred, but individual registrations will also be accepted. Teams must have at least 12 players on their roster. League fee is $50 per player.
