What's Closed on Columbus Day

The first Columbus Day was observed in 1937, but it has roots in this country going back to the colonial period. 

Because Columbus Day is a federal holiday, government offices will be closed.

The following businesses will be closed on Monday October 8, 2012:

• U.S. Post Office
• UPS Store

• Wine and Spirits Store
