This has been a very busy spring market. The weather was warmer earlier than normal which had buyers coming out and sellers getting their property ready sooner than they had planned.
It has been a win win for both. However, the fact still remains that inventory is still on the low side which means multiple offers come to the forefront.
My advice is as a seller be prepared for those offers and buyers be ready to make a serious offer and to have all your paperwork ready, most importantly your pre-approval letter from your mortgage lender.
