No one was hurt, but bricks fell inward, windows blew out, and Pittsburgh Regional Transit must reroute buses. Borough officials are investigating whether age, weather, and rainwater contributed, and next steps will follow an engineering evaluation. 
• Pittsburgh cautiously weighs AI data center boom as power and water concerns mount (thecooldown.com) — Tarentum is one of several Southwestern Pennsylvania communities moving to restrict AI data centers over concerns about power use, water demand, and higher utility bills. Pittsburgh’s mayor says he won’t support a city data center, and nearby towns are passing moratoriums and regulations.
