5 'Felony Lane Gang' Members Busted In Tredyffrin: Police

Three are from Brooklyn, New York and two others from Georgia, police said. They each face charges related to identity theft and drugs.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – Tredyffrin Township Police said they have arrested and charged five alleged members of the Felony Lane Gang on Sept. 1.

According to police, Chynna Prince, 22; Cain Tolbert, 24; and Rakeen Gray, 22, all of Brooklyn, New York; as well as Alba Suazo Ruiz, 23, of Lithonia, Georgia, and Emily Torres, 19, of Marietta, Georgia, were arrested on Sept. 1 following a Route 202 traffic stop.

Police said officers saw a vehicle speeding on Route 202 Sept. 1 and stopped the vehicle.

The officers smelled marijuana in the vehicle, which led them to search the five people inside, identified as the people above, and the vehicle, police said.

That's when officers found several stolen credit cards and ID’s with different names and states on them, cash, unopened cell phone packages, an ID scanner, various other items commonly used in the Felony Lane Gang thefts, and marijuana, police said.

All five of the occupants were taken into custody and charged, police said.

Below are the charges each person faces:

  • Ruiz – identity theft, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia;
  • Torres – identity theft, tampering with records/ID writing, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia;
  • Prince – identity theft, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia;
  • Gray – unsworn falsification to authorities, false ID to law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia;
  • Tolbert – identity theft, tampering with records/ID writing, false ID to law enforcement, unsworn falsification to authorities, possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia and access device fraud.

Court documents show Tolbert and Gray remain in custody after failing to post bail. Prince, Ruiz, and Torres all posted bail, according to court records.

All five are scheduled for preliminary hearings on Sept. 21, court records show.
