Community CPR at the Berwyn Fire Company on 11/20/2012 at 7pm. Cost is $15 per person includes a book and T-shirt.

On 11/20/2012 at 7pm the Berwyn Fire Company and EMS Educational Services, Inc. will host a community CPR class entitled "Heroes aren't born... they're trained." This not-for-profit CPR class targets those that have never had CPR before or those that haven't had it in a long time.
This awareness-level class will teach people of all ages Hands-only CPR, choking relief and how to use an AED. A person suffering sudden cardiac arrest stands the best chance to survive if they receive immediate CPR and quick access to an AED. Untrained members of the community are often called upon to provide this lifesaving care. Our goal is to make these members of the community comfortable and confident in providing this care.
The cost of the class is $15 per person and includes a book and a T-shirt (XL only.) For more information or to register visit http://www.emseducationalservices.org/community.htm
