Did you know that May is Disability Insurance Awareness Month?

Here are a few facts about disability:

  3. Can your family live on $1,065 a month? That’s the average monthly benefit paid by Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) in June of 2010.

  5. In May alone, 382,628 American workers will experience a long-term disability. How will you pay your bills if you are unable to work?
