The America I No Longer recognize.

Presidential Executive Orders Should be Abolished.

Are you familiar with the
presidential use of Executive orders?  American
presidents since Franklin Roosevelt in order to smooth the management and
operation of the federal government have resorted to the signing of presidential
executive orders.   Executive Orders carry
the full force of the law and give the president a certain degree of
discretionary power believed to be granted to them directly from the
Constitution.

Unfortunately, these powers that
are perceived by American presidents as justified legal powers  at times, exceed  the executive authority of a president to the
point that at various times throughout our history, challenges to the legal
validity of an executive order has resulted in legal proceedings.

Therefore I ask; why do we have
them?  Why do we allow past presidents
and our current president Obama to flaunt the authority of their office by allowing
them to sign one executive order after another without question?

In past years, many of these early
executive orders were not recorded but in recent times, the state department of
the United States began a system of numbering executive orders beginning with
Abraham Lincoln when he signed the first Executive Order, “ Establishing a
Provisional Court if Louisiana” issued in 1862.

 Since then, Democratic and Republican
presidents have used Executive Orders carefully because they understood the
legality of such action.  But recently
and especially in the last four years of the Obama presidency, presidential executive
orders have taken a new meaning.  Under
president Obama, executive orders have become a daily occurrence.

These are just 25 out of more than
140 Executive orders signed by this president who is intent on restricting our
everyday life.   Is it any wonder that the business environment
of this country continues to lag without creating the necessary jobs to get
this economy moving?   President Obama wants to control every aspect
of our lives.   He resembles more of a
dictator than the president of a democratic country.   The man
we elected to serve all the people and just his cronies who continue to rape Americans
of their hard-earned dollars by the way of taxation.

Executive orders should not be
used by any president democrat or republican to change the American way of life
as Mr. Obama has done in the last four years.
This country under president Obama has become the embodiment of George
Orwell’s 1984’s “BIG BROTHER” society, a place where our freedom is restricted
and our rights eroded with high taxation and chocking regulations.

Welcome to the new America, the
country I no longer recognize.
