UPDATE: Chester County DA Tom Hogan Weighs In!
Guess it really is a 'get out of jail free' card for Tredyffrin's Zoning Hearing Board member! District Attorney satisfied that it was a clerical error.
According to District Attorney Tom Hogan, the Tredyffrin Township police department conducted an internal investigation in regards to the 'clerical error' which caused two police officers to miss the hearing date of Suzy Pratowski. The District Attorney's office reviewed the findings of the police department's investigation and is satisfied that due to a scheduling issue, the police officers were not notified of the hearing.
