Conestoga Football Players Admit To Hazing: DA's Office
"We hope to never seen an incident like this again in Chester County."

The three Conestoga High School football players accused of hazing a younger teammate in October 2015 have admitted their participation in the hazing, according to a joint statement from the Chester County District Attorney's Office and the teens' attorneys.
"They have made an admission to the criminal summary offense of harassment," the statement reads, "which makes it a crime to intentionally subject another person to physical contact."
The statement says the three teens shoved, pushed and held down the victim after the victim refused to clean the locker room with other younger football players.

One teen then "briefly poked the victim with a broomstick in the leg" with the intent to "scare and coerce" the victim into participating in the team locker room clean up, the statement reads.
The statement says the victim was not harmed in the incident.

Due to the case involving juveniles, the information is sealed and the statement says all parties "would like an opportunity to move on with their lives."
"We hope to never seen an incident like this again in Chester County," the statement concludes.
The hazing story came to light in March, 2016, and led Coenstoga High School football staffers to quit or be relieved of their positions.
Initial reports claimed the teens sodomized the victim with a broomstick.
