December Tredyffrin-Easttown Health Inspections: 20 Eateries

TREDYFFRIN-EASTTOWN, PA – The Chester County Health Department inspected 20 establishments in December in the Tredyffrin and Easttown areas and found nearly all to be in violation of at least one health code.

Hibachi of Valley Forge in Wayne had the most violations with 19.

Those included pre-packaged food stored under an air compressor, stored knives with food residue on them, a dead mouse in trap in the dry storage area, and more.

• Em J's Café – inspected Dec. 12, 10 violations
• Liberty Cafe – inspected Dec. 13, three violations
• St. David's Golf Club – inspected Dec. 14, five violations
• Wendy's - Tredyffrin – inspected Dec. 18, three violations
• Barson's at Westlakes – inspected Dec. 18, three violations
• Trader Joe's #632 – inspected Dec. 18, three violations
• R & Z Ping Pong - Tredyffrin – inspected Dec. 18, one violation
