"Experience Black History Moments from Africa to America to Devon, Pa"

                         BRING THE CHILDREN!!

● View snapshots of African American History via Skits Re-enactments, Music and Food

● Hear Old-time Spirituals, Anthems and early Gospel music

● Sample authentic African and early American cuisine

● Feel the degradation of segregation, then, smell the sweet winds of freedom

● Plan to Meet Historic people, talk with them and learn of their important contributions to the world

Portrayals of:  President Barack Obama and Mrs. Michelle Obama, Coretta Scott King, Marian Anderson, Dr. Benjamin S. Carson, Sr. and others

The program will feature a narrator and will be a series of very short skits, songs, re-enactments, and stories presented in a historical time-line in the Sanctuary. The program will continue in our Fellowship Hall downstairs, when the audience will meet and talk with historical figures  while sampling dishes from our African and American Forefathers.
