Evangelist, Trumpeter, Chiz Rider Performs at Paoli Baptist Church

Chiz Rider, Evangelist and Musician gave an intimate concert to Paoli Baptist Church. This State College resident used various sized trumpets to entertain the congregation at Paoli Baptist Church today at 11:00 am.

The Church’s Pastor, Tim McGill introduced the performer who is a long-time friend of his. Mr. Rider spoke about the beginnings of his relationship of becoming a Christian.

The 45 minute concert included many hymns but also gave a jazz flavor to it since Mr. Rider is a fan of Louis Armstrong. Mr. Rider was also accompanied on the trumpet by his son, Chase on two of his songs. The congregation enjoyed the concert and Mr. Rider promised to come back for another concert.
