Free Alzheimer's, Dementia Caregiver Support Group In Paoli
Daylesford Crossing is offering free, open to the public support groups for those taking care of Alzheimer's Disease and dementia patients.
PAOLI, PA — Caring for a person diagnosed with conditions such as Alzheimer's Disease and other dementia diagnoses can be difficult. That's why Daylesford Crossing in Paoli is offering a free and open caregiver support group.
Daylesford Crossing, SageLife’s senior living and personal care community, hosts a monthly support group for caregivers of individuals suffering from Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.
The support group, which is facilitated by an Alzheimer’s Association-trained representative from Sarah Care, is held on the last Tuesday of every month from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

"Caring for a loved one with dementia is very challenging and exhausting," said Executive
Director Lydia Gemmer. "We want local residents experiencing this to know they are truly not alone. A support group can give you the advice and reassurance you need to manage stress and learn to take care of your own needs, too."
Refreshments will be provided.
