Main Line Man Illegally Sold Homemade Beer Online: State Police
He and two others were allegedly selling their own beer online. The local man also faces a drug paraphernalia possession charge.
A Main Line man and two other men from the greater Philadelphia area were illegally selling their own homemade beer online, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
State police said David Jonathan Mandlebaum, 32, of Bala Cynwyd; Jason Lee Carter, 35, of Willow Grove; and Austin Daniel Pearson, 23, of Audubon were selling their home brew online illegally and are facing charges.
The trio have been charged with selling brewed beverages without a license and Mandlebaum faces a charge of drug paraphernalia possession, state police said.

Police charged the men after agents with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement responded to advertisements on a website called Mybeercollectibles.com, police said.
Agents were able to buy the beer then executed search warrants at their homes where "large quantities" of the brew was seized, according to police.

All three are being charged in a Dauphin County court, police said.
Court filings were not available as of 4:15 p.m. Monday, May 21.
The charge of selling brewed beverages without a license is a misdemeanor.
