New Tredyffrin Police Officer Sworn In Monday
Ofc. Brittany Rosenfeld joins the Tredyffrin Police Department after more than three years as a Montgomery County Sheriff's Deputy. Welcome!

BERWYN, PA – Tredyffrin Township Police officially have a new member of their force in Officer Brittany Rosenfeld.
Rosenfield was ceremonially sworn into the department by Magisterial District Justice Thomas Tartaglio at the Monday, May 21 township supervisors meeting.
Rosenfeld, 28, was hired on May 1, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of Officer James Mutter in April.

She is assigned to a patrol squad and is beginning the Tredyffrin Township Police Department’s Field Training program under the direction of Sergeant Tyler Moyer.
Rosenfeld was raised in Lansdale, Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University in August 2012. She obtained her Police Act 120 Certification from the Municipal Police Officers Education and Training Commission, graduating in July 2014 from the Montgomery County Community College Municipal Police Academy.

Prior to being hired in Tredyffrin, Rosenfeld spent three and a half years of service as a Deputy Sheriff with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

Her mother and father Linda and John McGlinn; her sisters Michelle Rosenfeld and Dana Hess, with husband Cory Hess; as well as her aunt Deb McGlinn and uncle Mike McGlinn accompanied Rosenfeld as she took the ceremonial oath as a Police Officer with the Tredyffrin Township Police Department.
