Nine Conestoga Players Receive All Central League Honors

After finishing undefeated in the Central League for the regular season, the Conestoga Boys Lacrosse team had nine players selected for All-League Honors. Those players are:

First Team All Central League

• Tate Kienzle, Senior, Attack
• Sean Bailey, Senior, Midfield
• Mikey Prestipino, Sophomore, Defense
• Scott Smith, Sophomore, Defense
• James Reilly, Senior, Faceoff
• Joey Walton, Senior, LSM

Second Team All Central League

• Scott MacMillan, Senior, Goalie
• Nick Braendel, Senior, Midfield

Honorable Mention All Central League

• Will Schnorr, Junior, Attack

The team completed their regular season last week and is preparing for the District 1 playoffs. They received a bye for the first round, and will play at home on Teamer field on Thursday 5/17 (time to be determined) against the winner of the Boyertown-Council Rock game.
