Potholes On Tredyffrin Township Road To Be Addressed Next Week

Eight roads in Chester County are being targeted for deteriorated road repair work next week, including one in Tredyffrin Township.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — PennDOT crews will be working to address potholes across the Philadelphia region next week, and will be targeting a road in Tredyffrin Township.

Periodic daytime lane closures and possible slowdowns will occur next week on

U.S. Route 202 in Treyffrin, West Whiteland, East Goshen, and East Whiteland townships. Crews will also be targeting other roads in Chester County.

Nearby, PennDOT crews will be working on Matsonford Road in Radnor Township next week, as well.

Drivers are reminded to slow down in work zones and refrain from distracted driving to keep themselves and our workers safe.

Since Jan. 1, PennDOT District 6 has received more than 2,100 customer concerns regarding potholes and has used 660 tons of asphalt across the five-county Philadelphia region.

Below are all Chester County roads being targeted for deteriorated road repair work next week:

  • U.S. 1 (Kennett-Oxford Bypass), New Garden Township
  • U.S. 30 (Coatesville-Downingtown Bypass), Valley, West Brandywine, Caln, East Caln, and West Whiteland townships
  • Route 23 (Ridge Road), East Coventry and East Vincent townships
  • Route 100 (Pottstown Pike Spur), West Goshen and West Whiteland townships
  • Route 724 (Schuylkill Road), North Coventry and East Coventry townships
  • Corner Ketch Road, East Brandywine Township
  • Old Baltimore Pike, Lower Oxford Township
