Santa Spotted In Berwyn and Devon

A hearty “Ho, Ho, Ho” could be heard at Berwyn Tavern today.  Santa was spotted making some rounds in the Berwyn and Devon area.  “I heard that Berwyn Tavern was serving chili at the Tree Lighting Ceremony and I just couldn’t resist tasting some….next I’m headed to EmJ’s and Neopolitan Deli for soup samples.”

Mrs. Claus and Santa arrived early for the Tree Lighting Ceremony on Sunday, December 8 at 5:30 PM at the Berwyn Train Station with Blitzen who was being checked out for Flight Readiness at the Devon Veterinary Hospital.  Easttown Township Supervisor, Marc Heppe commented that “the Claus’ so jolly and merry, my wife and I hosted them for dinner last night and WOW can that guy eat!!”

Locals suspect that we may see Santa checking out Sweet Jazmine’s cupcakes and Clay’s Bakery cookies and brownies as he makes his way to the Berwyn Fire Company to check out the Fire Engine that will be taking him to the Tree Lighting this Sunday, December 8!!

These and several other local food vendors will provide hot and delicious refreshments at the Tree Lighting Ceremony, all proceeds will be donated to the Berwyn Fire Company and Fire Police!!
