Speak out against HPV vaccines in Pennsylvania!

The Allegheny County Board of Health (ACBOH) recently voted to recommend Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines for all students, unless they have a medical exemption. Although it is not legally binding, the “recommendation” will almost certainly be misused as a presumed mandate for school attendance.

The County health board slipped the resolution through without going through the normal process of public notice or opportunity to comment. The HPV resolution was not posted on the agenda. And the members of the public who were at the meeting and wanted to comment were threatened with forcible removal from the room!

This bad process resulted in bad policy making. No agency should be recommending HPV vaccines for school children of any age. HPV vaccination can carry life-threatening side effects. There have been more than 54,000 adverse reactions, including many deaths, reported to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) related to the HPV vaccine – and it is estimated by the government that only 1% of all reactions are ever reported.

Does the ACBOH know that HPV vaccines:

• may actually increase precancerous lesions?
• only target a few of the over 100 known human papillomaviruses?
• have not been shown to last longer than 5 years?
• have never been properly studied?

4) A study out of Canada shows just how dangerous HPV vaccines are. The study looked at 195,270 girls who received HPV vaccination. Of the vaccinated girls, there were 958 hospitalizations and 19,351 ED (emergency room visits).
