A Tredyffrin Township public hearing regarding the redevelopment of Station Square scheduled for this evening has been postponed by the applicant, according to township officials.
The applicant, Linden Lane Capital Partners, requested the postponement. A hearing has not been rescheduled.
According to the township, the application seeks conditional use approval pursuant to two township codes to construct three new buildings, each of which will have multi-family dwellings – namely apartments – and designated rental space for office, retail or personal services uses.

NBC10 reports Linden Lane Capital Partners wants to raze four buildings on the site at 37 North Valley Roadand build three, 4-story apartments structures with 153 apartment units and target the high-end of the market, as well as a small amount of professional office space and parking.
