Tapas and Spanish Wine!
Cooking with wine at the Wayne Art Center on October 16 at 6:30 pm.
Join chef Karen Bentz for an evening of good food and wine! The menu includes tapas (Spain’s favorite food offering!) paired with Spanish wines such as Rioja and cava. The menu includes spicy sausage, Spanish stuffed tomatoes, artichoke rice cakes with Manchega cheese and Spanish meatballs. This class can be enjoyed as a demonstration for those who would like to sit back and relax or can be hands-on for students who want to be actively involved in the cooking. Either way, you’ll learn new culinary techniques and enjoy wonderful food with wine! Check out our special fall series, Cooking with Wine. Each class is $65 or $120 if you enroll in both.
