Victory Brewing Teams Up With Nectar in Berwyn For Multi-Course Feast
The multi-course feast has been specially designed to pair with select Victory drafts.

BERWYN, PA -- On Thursday, September 15th Berwyn's Nectar will team up with Victory Brewing Company to hold a multi-course feast paired with Victory Beer.
Nectar's Chef Patrick Feury will work friend and brewmaster Bill Covaleski of Victory Brewing Company to create the dinner and pairings.
The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 15 with a reception of hors d’oeuvres and a beer toast. A four course dinner and beer pairing will feature Shrimp and Scallop Ceviche with Bibb Salad paired with Victory Limey Gose; Roasted Tomato and Corn Soup with Slow Smoked Pork Shoulder paired with Victory Festbier; and Grilled Pineland Farm Sirloin of Beef Chimichurri and Mimi’s Potato Empanadas paired with Sour Monkey; followed by Tres Leches Pumpkin Chipotle Flan for dessert.

The cost is $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Reservations are strongly recommended as seating limited. For reservations call 610-725-9000.
