Every week many enjoy watching the TV show "Who Do You Think You Are?" on TLC. However, if you don’t have The Learning Channel to help you do your family research, it may seem like a daunting task.
Come to the Main Line Genealogy Club this Thursday afternoon where it will be my pleasure to present lots of ideas for learning how to do your own genealogical research.
Think through some key questions like:ž- How do you get started?
- Why do you want to do research?ž
- Who do you research first?
- Who do you research first?
- žWhere were your ancestors from ?
- Why did they immigrate?
- žWhen did they come to the US?ž
The Main Line Genealogy Club meets this Thursday at the Easttown Public Library from 1 to 3 pm. Everyone is welcome. Participation is free but a $5 donation is welcomed.
