Wilson Farm Park Gets $1.03M For Rehab, Development Work

Work will include renovations to the amphitheater area, installation of playing courts and a spray park, ADA accessibility, and more.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Wilson Farm Park has been awarded more than $1 million in grant funding through a program in the state's Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.

The DCNR's Community Conservation Partnerships Program recognized outstanding recreation and conservation works by Tredyffrin Township and will be used towards improving Wilson Farm Park.

In total, the township is getting $1.03 million for rehabilitation and development of the park.

Funding will be used for renovations of the amphitheater, seating area, pavilions, concession stand, baseball field and pond area; construction of spray park, tennis and pickleball courts, pedestrian walkways and stormwater management measures; installation of play equipment with required safety surfacing, lighting and utilities; ADA access, landscaping, project sign and other related site improvements.
