• Concern cuts ribbon on new central office (tiogapublishing.com) — Concern has opened a new Central Avenue headquarters in Wellsboro, bringing its outpatient clinic and foster care programs under one roof to better serve Tioga County children. The nonprofit currently supports 170 local kids in foster care and more than 500 children regionwide. The expanded space also adds supervised independent living apartments to help teens aging out of foster care learn essential life skills.
