For the 10/17, Soul Saturday Yoga Flow hosted at Celestial Movements Studio, we will melt to the entirety of Jhené Aiko’s Westside Whimsy, from the very first track to the final note.
This class will marry the album’s plush, luxuriant R&B and introspective vibes with a fluid, unwind and restore flow.
Designed to help you breathe, release, and vibrate higher, this practice will be a safe space to feel, heal and find yourself.
